Webinar Access: A confidential Zoom link and password will be emailed to you 1 hour before the webinar takes place.
Sharing: Your webinar registration(s) CANNOT be shared or transferred to another individual. If it turns out you cannot attend on the day of the event, you can still watch a recording of the webinar(s) you purchased.
Refunds: We understand that plans change! We will provide refunds as follows if notified: – 28 days before each webinar: Full refund less 30% – between 15 and 27 days before each webinar: Full refund less 50% administration fee – less than 14 days before each webinar: No refund.
Statement and Chargebacks: Charges on your credit card statement will be listed under “Healthy Transport Consulting” or “PayPal“. Please contact us before phoning your credit card company requesting chargebacks or an additional $30 fee will be applied.
